It is HAZAAR, and not bazaar. If you can zoom in, there is a curve at the outer edge which resembles the sign of H. Basically the Urdu font used is perhaps Arial that is why the difference b/w H and "." (dot means B) is not easily distinguished apparently. But on zooming this becomes very clear that it is H and not B.
