The viral video of an empty nebulizer being an alternate to Oxygen cylinders is misleading and dangerous. A video is viral, with a man claiming himself to be a doctor and teaching a trick, shows use of a nebulizer without any medicine for the people running around/ ready to pay any price for Oxygen cylinders.
