Can Adhaar card track parents of lost kid ?

Doubt: Take a missing kid to Adhaar card office so his family can be found from his/her fingerprint. First of all, it's no where in news, not even on official adhaar website so sounds a Hoax. Secondly, theoretically it's true, as adhaar database has our fingerprints and can always be found, but given the condition of our country where even IRCTC website is down, practically looks impossible. But yes, hope this is true.
